William Hill is hosting a free-to-play football prediction promotion called Final One Standing (FOS), available to all registered customers. Running until 16:00 on Sunday, May 30, 2027, the contest gives participants an opportunity to compete for a £250,000 cash jackpot.
To play, users must log in to the William Hill website, access the Final One Standing Lobby, and select "Play for free" in a relevant Public Game. For each round, players must pick one team from the scheduled fixtures to win its match, with selections submitted prior to the Round Start Time. If the selected team wins, the participant advances to the next round. If the team draws or loses, the player is eliminated. A different team must be chosen for every subsequent round. If a selected team's fixture is postponed after the round opens, the player automatically advances to the next round.
The promotion covers specific league formats. An English Premier League Public Game comprises up to 20 rounds, representing the 20 participating Premier League teams. A Scottish Premiership Public Game consists of up to 12 rounds, corresponding to the 12 teams in the Scottish Premiership.
When a Public Game ends, the £250,000 jackpot is distributed based on player performance. If a single participant remains, that player receives the full jackpot prize. If all remaining players are eliminated in the same round, or if multiple participants navigate through all available teams without a loss, the prize pool is divided equally among them. Winners receive their cash payout directly into their main William Hill account within 48 hours of confirmation.
