Max refund as free bet token is 30€ per bet. Each leg must have minimum odds of 1.55. Bets placed using free bets do not count, system bets do not count, only straight tennis/basketball 5-fold accumulator are valid for this promotion.
This offer is valid only for bets from 5€ up to 30€, for one bet per day and only for bets placed before the start of the match. If in an accumulator bet, one or more legs are made void or the match postponed meaning the bet has fewer than 5 eligible selections, this bet will not qualify.
The only thing you have to do in order for your lost bet to be refunded is to send an email to cs@betrebels.com with subject Tennis and Basketball Insurance and simply put in the email the confirmation codes of the bet and BetRebels will refund your bet within 24 hours. The General Terms and Conditions of BetRebels are applied.
The rules governing any promotions, competitions and bonuses will be notified and displayed regularly on via the communication media normally used or through the company website.
The Company will from time to time offer special promotional bonuses, available when opening an account; in offering the bonuses the Company assumes that the client has not opened any other accounts. Any amounts paid under the Company’s promotions / bonuses / competitions cannot be withdrawn from the account but can only be used for to place bets.
Certain promotions cannot be subject to the withdrawal and/or cancellation and can be available only during specific times and at particular conditions. Clients must ensure that the promotion is still available, that they are entitled to it and that its applying terms have been fully understood. A player registration may be refused or closed at the Licensee's sole discretion but contractual obligations already made will be honoured.
BetRebels reserves the right to close an account at any time and without providing any explanation. Any balance on the account will be returned to the client minus bank transfer costs if applicable. If a client again opens an account (without written authorization by BetRebels) under his/her or with another name, BetRebels reserves the right to close the account and remit funds back to the player.
Where you have closed Your Account, we may in certain circumstances be able to re-open Your Account with the same account details as before if You request us to do so, provided that all due diligence documentation has been submitted. In such circumstances, while Your Account will have the same account details as before, it will be subject to the Terms of Use which are in force at the date of any such re-opening and any prior entitlements (including, but without limitation, to bonuses or contingent winnings) will no longer be valid.
