What is a qualifying bet and how does it work: To qualify, you must place a total of £/€/$20 or more in ‘real money’ cash stakes (this can be one bet or more) on multiple bets containing 3+ legs (min odds 1/2 |1.50| per leg). Bets placed on Horse Racing, American football or Virtual Sports do not qualify for this promotion. Bets must be settled the same week to qualify. For the avoidance of doubt, a qualifying week is considered between every Monday 00:00:00 GMT to Sunday 23:59:59 GMT.
What doesn’t qualify: Free Bet stakes and bets placed with any type of bonus money. Void, duplicated and cashed out bets. Bets placed on Horse Racing, American football or Virtual Sports.
How to claim your Free Bet: Your Free Bet will be credited immediately upon settlement of qualifying bet(s) (please allow up to 72 hours in extenuating circumstances). Your Free Bet must be claimed within 3 days. This can be done by clicking the ‘Claim Now’ button in the confirmation e-mail we’ll send you, or via the pop-up message when you log in to your account.
How long will your Free Bet last: Your Free Bet will be valid to use for 3 days from its day of credit.
Something else that you need to know: Promotional period is 21/03/2022 - 31/12/2023. A maximum of one Free Bet token per customer, per week, can be earned. Bet Limits still apply to individual members when using Free Bet tokens. If you win a bet with your Free Bet token, you will only receive the winnings; the Free Bet stake will not be included in your returns.
Free Bet tokens cannot be used on permutations. Free Bet tokens must be used in their entirety. They cannot be used to place a succession of smaller bets. Free Bet tokens cannot be combined with ‘real money’ stakes. Bets placed with Free Bet tokens cannot be cashed out.
