The “Lord of the Air” promotion is organized and operated by LLC “BETTING COMPANY FAVBET” (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer), a licensed gambling operator in Ukraine. The Organizer holds valid licenses for conducting online casino gambling and betting activities, issued by the authorized state bodies of Ukraine. The promotion is conducted in full compliance with the Law of Ukraine “On State Regulation of Activities Related to the Organization and Conduct of Gambling,” as well as the Organizer’s internal rules, loyalty program, and principles of responsible gaming. The main purpose of the “Lord of the Air” promotion is to popularize the Organizer’s trademark and to increase engagement among registered users through participation in betting activities related to NBA basketball events. Participation in the promotion is voluntary and intended exclusively for adult users who meet all legal requirements established by Ukrainian law.
Participation in the promotion is open to individuals who are at least 21 years old at the time of participation, are legally capable, and have successfully registered and passed verification on the website www.favbet.ua. Participants must not be subject to any legal restrictions related to gambling and must not be included in the national register of persons prohibited from participating in gambling activities. By joining the promotion, each participant confirms that they act of their own free will, are familiar with the Organizer’s rules and loyalty program, and agree to follow the principles of responsible gaming published on the Organizer’s website.
The promotion is conducted throughout the territory of Ukraine, with the exception of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and other temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. All promotional activities take place exclusively on the official website www.favbet.ua. The overall promotion period runs from 12:00 PM on October 23, 2025, until 11:59 AM on December 31, 2025. Within this timeframe, the promotion is divided into three separate stages. Stage I lasts from October 23 to November 16, Stage II from November 17 to December 7, and Stage III from December 8 to December 31, 2025. Each stage is independent and has its own results, rankings, and prize distribution.
To take part in the promotion, a participant must log in to their account on favbet.ua and click the “Join” button on the promotional page. This action confirms participation and can only be performed once. After joining, participants earn game points by placing winning bets on NBA tournament events available in the “Sport” or “Live” sections of the website. Only settled bets with the status “Win” are eligible for points accrual, provided that the bet amount is at least 200 hryvnias and all promotion conditions are met.
Game points are awarded based on both the odds and the amount of each winning bet. Points are calculated for every 200 hryvnias of the bet amount. Winning bets with odds from 1.50 to 2.59 earn one point per 200 hryvnias, odds from 2.60 to 4.00 earn three points, and odds of 4.01 or higher earn five points. The minimum number of points required to qualify for a prize is five. Points earned in one promotional stage do not carry over to the next stage, and all points are reset at the end of each stage.
Only certain types of bets are eligible for participation in the promotion. Bets must be placed on NBA events, must be either “Simple” or “Multiple,” and must meet the specified minimum odds. For multiple bets, at least three events must be included, and the total odds must meet the minimum threshold. Bets placed using bonus funds, bets with “Cash Out” or “Bet Return” status, losing bets, and bets with applied “Bet Insurance” bonuses are not counted toward point accrual.
Throughout each promotional stage, all earned points are displayed in a tournament table on the promotional page. The table is updated automatically every ten minutes and shows the current rankings of participants within the respective stage. After the end of each stage, the table is finalized, point accumulation stops, and the final rankings are used to determine the winners. In case multiple participants have the same number of points, the higher ranking is awarded to the participant who reached that score first.
At the end of each promotional stage, the top 200 participants with the highest number of points are declared winners. The total prize pool of the promotion amounts to 600,000 bonuses in the form of electronic cash substitutes, additional bonuses in the form of “Bet Insurance,” and one physical prize in the form of a branded hoodie or its cash equivalent. Each stage has its own prize pool of 200,000 bonuses and additional “Bet Insurance” bonuses, which are distributed among winners according to their final ranking positions.
Higher-ranked participants receive larger bonus rewards, with prizes gradually decreasing based on position in the tournament table. Participants ranked from first to tenth receive the largest bonus amounts, while those placed lower may receive smaller bonuses or “Bet Insurance” offers. Additionally, during the first promotional stage, one participant may receive an extra prize in the form of a hoodie or its cash equivalent by being the first to place a winning bet that meets special high-odds criteria defined in the promotion rules.
Bonus prizes are credited to winners’ accounts within four working days after the completion of each stage. Physical prizes are dispatched within thirty calendar days after winners are announced, using postal services at the Organizer’s expense. If a winner does not respond to the Organizer’s notification or fails to provide the required information within the specified deadlines, they lose the right to receive the prize. Bonus prizes must be accepted in the participant’s account within five calendar days after accrual; otherwise, the right to the prize is forfeited.
All prizes are taxed in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, and the Organizer acts as the tax agent, withholding and transferring the required taxes and fees. Winners cannot transfer their prize rights to third parties and are solely responsible for the preservation of any received prizes.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion in the event of technical failures or other unforeseen circumstances. Any changes to the rules are published on the official website and take effect from the moment of publication. By participating in the “Lord of the Air” promotion, participants fully agree to these terms and conditions and confirm their obligation to comply with them.
