Participation Requirements: To enter the Promotion, Participants must complete the following steps:

Login: Access the promotional page and click on the “Login” button.

Prediction Submission: Predict the winner of a specific race in the 2024 Formula 1 World Championship by clicking the “Make a prediction” button. Each race prediction is made individually according to the championship schedule, as detailed in section 9.2.

Place a Bet: After submitting a prediction, click the “Place a bet” button and wager on one of the Formula 1 championship stages. The minimum qualifying bet is 200 UAH.

Stages of the Promotion: The Promotion consists of 21 stages, each tied to a separate race in the Formula 1 season. All predictions and bets must be made according to the schedule specified in section 9.2 of these rules.

Last Prediction Considered: Only the last prediction made by each Participant for a race, displayed in the “Participants” table on the promotional page, will count towards the Promotion. This table is located in the “Choose a winner” section and will update after each stage.

Qualifying Bets: For a bet to count toward the Promotion, it must meet the following criteria:

The bet must be a Single bet.

The minimum odds for the bet must be 1.5.

Bets must only be placed on Formula 1 races in the "Sports" section.

Only bets made during the 2024 Formula 1 season are accepted.

Eligible Bets: Only settled bets with a “Win” outcome are considered for the Promotion. Bets marked as CashOut or Bet Return are not included.

Max Verstappen Exception: Predictions on the outcome of Max Verstappen's races are excluded from the Promotion. If Max Verstappen wins a race, the prediction for the second-place driver will be considered correct for that particular race.

Promotion Goal:

Participants must accurately predict the winner of one of the Formula 1 races and confirm this prediction by placing a winning bet as outlined in sections 9.4 and 9.5.

Continuous Predictions: Race winner predictions are accepted throughout the Promotion, but only for each individual stage. Predictions must follow the race schedule detailed in section 9.2.

Determination of Promotion Winners: Participants who, at the conclusion of each race stage, have correctly predicted the race winner (excluding Max Verstappen) will be deemed winners.

The “Participants” Table: This table provides an overview of each Participant’s activity in the Promotion, listing the most recent prediction made. It is updated continuously throughout the Promotion period, ensuring accuracy for all stages.

Table Data and Updates: The table data will cease updating at the conclusion of the Promotion. Once the Promotion ends, winners will automatically be determined based on the latest valid predictions.

Automatic Updates: The “Participants” table will refresh every 10 minutes for each Participant, provided all conditions laid out in these Rules are met.

General Prize Fund: The total prize fund for the Promotion is 630,000 electronic cash substitutes.

Stage-Specific Prize Fund: For each stage of the Promotion, the prize pool amounts to 30,000 electronic cash substitutes.

Prize Distribution: After the completion of each stage, the 30,000 electronic cash substitutes will be divided equally among all Participants who correctly predicted the race winner and placed a qualifying bet as described in sections 9.4 and 9.5. Prizes will be awarded based on the most recent prediction made by each Participant before the end of the stage.

Last Prediction Rule: Only the most recent prediction made by each Participant at the time the stage concludes will be considered.

Maximum Prize Amount: The maximum prize for any one Participant at any stage is capped at 3,000 electronic cash substitutes, regardless of how many Participants correctly predicted the race winner.

For example: If 10 Participants correctly predict the winner of a stage, the total prize pool of 30,000 electronic cash substitutes will be divided equally, with each winning Participant receiving 3,000 electronic cash substitutes.

Prize Calculation and Distribution Timeline: Prizes will be calculated within four (4) working days after the conclusion of each stage. The exact dates for each stage’s end are specified in these Rules.

Claiming Prizes: Participants must accept their credited prizes in the “Bonuses” section of their My Account within five (5) calendar days of the prize being credited. If a Participant fails to accept the prize within this timeframe, they forfeit the prize.

Acceptance of Bonuses: The moment a Participant accepts their bonus in My Account within the specified time frame is considered the official transfer of the Prize.

Taxation: All bonuses received are subject to taxation in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation. Taxes and fees will be withheld from each payment by the Organizer, acting as the tax agent, and paid to the appropriate authorities.

Taxation Process: The income specified in section 10 is taxed at the time of payment. The Organizer is responsible for withholding the applicable taxes and fees from winnings (prizes) and remitting them to the relevant authorities in accordance with the Tax Code of Ukraine.

Rule Changes: The Organizer reserves the right to change or update these Rules at any time during the Promotion period. All changes will be posted on the website and will take effect immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated in the updated Rules.

Participant Agreement: By participating in the Promotion, the Participant agrees to abide by these Rules and is required to comply with them in all interactions with the Organizer and other Participants. Full compliance with the Rules is mandatory for participation. Any Participant who does not adhere to the Rules may be disqualified and ineligible to receive compensation.

Self-Exclusion: If a Participant has activated the "SELF-EXCLUSION" feature on the Organizer’s website at the time winners are announced, they will forfeit their right to any prizes.
