Local currencies are converted to Euro with the following currency conversion: 1 EUR = 1.2 USD, 1 EUR = 10 NOK, 1 EUR = 4 PLN, 1 EUR = 25 CZK, 1 EUR = 1.5 CAD. The advertised currency conversion rates are set at Betsafe`s discretion. The sports welcome offer only applies to new players of Betsafe who do not belong to a household, family, or address of an already existing player of Betsafe who has already received the sports welcome offer at an earlier stage.
The sports welcome offer entitles you to a 100% bonus on top of a minimum deposit of €10. The maximum bonus amount is €25. If you have activated the sports welcome offer, you will only be able to use this on Betsafe sports. Your bonus amount needs to be wagered 5 times in Sportsbook or horse racing, on odds of 1.50 or greater. After 30 days the bonus and all accumulated winnings will expire automatically and irrevocably.
All Sportsbook bets (including all horse racing bets) will be counted to fulfill wagering requirements, as long as the odds are 1.50 or greater. System bets, cashed out bets, poker rake, Casino turnover or virtual sports betting will not be counted towards the wagering requirements.
Once you activate the bonus, your deposit + bonus amount is tied to Sportsbook and horse racing until wagering requirements have been met. Once the wagering conditions have been met, remaining funds can be withdrawn or used on any product.
In order to receive the offer, you will be required to claim the bonus whilst making your deposit. When you receive the sports welcome offer, you will first start playing with your own money before you start playing with bonus money.
On claiming the bonus, you will receive the amount specified in ‘Bonus Money’ and the equivalent amount from your deposit will be reserved as ‘Locked Money’. If you wish to forfeit your sports welcome offer and you have not fulfilled the wagering requirements, please be aware you will lose the bonus and any winnings accumulated.
The €10 free bet will be automatically credited as soon as sport welcome offer is activated. The €10 free bet has to be played within 7 days after activating the sports welcome offer. The free bet must be validated by ticking the check box on the bet slip before submitting the bet. In the event that the free bet option does not appear on your bet slip, please refresh the page before adding your selected bet again.
The initial stake of a free bet will never be added to the customers balance. The net win from a free bet needs to be wagered 1 time in Sportsbook or horse racing, on odds of 1.50 or greater. After 30 days the bonus and all accumulated winnings will expire automatically and irrevocably. Virtual sport bets do not wager bonus money. If you win with a free bet you'll start playing with the winnings first (bonus money). In the event of any dispute, Betsafe management's decision will be considered full and final.
All the bonuses can only be received once per person/account, family, household, address, e-mail address, credit card number, IP addresses and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc.).

All winnings from bonus money will remain as bonus money and cannot be withdrawn until the relevant wagering requirements are met.

Betsafe does not allow ‘backing of both sides’ or betting on multiple selections within a market/fixture combination that unfairly release bonuses and rewards. In market combinations that only have two or three potential outcomes (for example football full-time result or over/under 2.5 goals), where you have placed bets on more than one potential outcome, either pre-match or in-play, only the individual selection with your highest cumulative stake will count towards rewards and bonus wagering.
If you have placed two or more bets of equal size, then the first bet will count. In addition, this restriction also applies when you have placed bets on any market combinations that limits your overall risk.
