Customers previously excluded from kwiff promotions are also ineligible.
In cases of technical issues or unforeseen circumstances that prevent the timely crediting of the Free Bet, kwiff will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem and issue the reward as soon as possible once normal service resumes.
