What is Best Odds Guaranteed? With Best Odds Guaranteed, if the Starting Price (SP) is bigger than the price you took then you will get the bigger price. Are there any types of bets that don’t qualify? Any bets placed by a customer who hasn’t qualified for Sky Bet Club in the previous week to the day of the race
Best Odds Guaranteed does not apply to international racing (unless stated otherwise), ante post betting, tote bets, enhanced accumulators, Money Back As Cash races, Extra Place races, Price Boosts or any other specials. Best Odds Guaranteed does not apply to In Running Racing. Best Odds Guaranteed is only applicable on bets placed on the day of the race between 9am and the start of the race.
Do I have to opt in? No. If you take a price and the SP (Starting Price) is bigger, we’ll automatically pay you at the bigger odds when your bet is settled. As mentioned under the above section (How can I access Best Odds Guaranteed), you need to be a Sky Bet Club Qualifier.
What happens if I don’t take a price? If you don’t take a price your bet will be settled at the Starting Price as per our usual racing betting rules. Can I still qualify for Sky Bet Club? You can still qualify for Sky Bet Club, however the price you take - and not the higher Guaranteed Price - will be used when calculating qualification. Why am I not eligible for Best Odds Guaranteed? There may be a number of different reasons for ineligibility, including: Self-Exclusion or Cool Off. As a responsible operator, any customers currently in a Self Exclusion or Cool Off period will be deemed ineligible for Best Odds Guaranteed or other offers.
Betting Behaviour: The spirit of Best Odds Guaranteed and other promotional offers are intended to reward loyal customers for choosing to bet with Sky Bet. On occasion, reviews by our trading team may highlight accounts which require tighter liability management. Unfortunately, these accounts will not be permitted to participate in the offers.
Patterns of betting that indicate an attempt to abuse the promotions - or engage in activity that is against the spirit of the promotions - will also result in immediate exclusion from the offers.
Fraudulent Behaviour: Any account that is deemed to be directly involved in fraudulent activities, or related to other accounts that have been involved, will be excluded from Best Odds Guaranteed and other offers. In addition, any such accounts will be subject to our Fraud policies, outlined in our Sky Betting and Gaming General Terms & Conditions article under the heading 'Fraud and Cheating'.

Best Odds Guaranteed applies to UK & Irish horse racing only, unless otherwise stated, and is only available to individuals 18+. Best Odds Guaranteed only applies on bets placed on the day of the race between 9am and the start of the race. The qualifying period for Sky Bet Club each week is 00:00 on a Monday until 23:59 on the following Sunday (”Weekly Qualifying Period”).
To be eligible for this promotion, customers must be opted into Sky Bet Club and meet the qualifying criteria during the Weekly Qualifying Period. Once the “Weekly Qualifying Period” has concluded at 23:59 Sunday, customers who have met the qualifying criteria will be made eligible for Best Odds Guaranteed. Customers will be notified via the Sky Bet Club page and event pages where Best Odds Guaranteed is available.
Customers must remain opted into Sky Bet Club during the week following the conclusion of the “Weekly Qualifying Period” to be eligible for Best Odds Guaranteed. If a customer fails to qualify for Sky Bet Club in the following Weekly Qualifying Period, they will lose access to Best Odds Guaranteed.
Best Odds Guaranteed shall not apply to any promotional offer races, including all money back offers, Price Boost Specials and Extra Place races over and above the standard terms. Best Odds Guaranteed does not apply to ante post betting, tote pools, pari-mutuel betting, enhanced accumulators, any other specials or Sky Bet packaged multiples and Price Boost Multiples. It will also not apply to any Price Boosts that are created for any of the markets listed above.
Sky Bet reserve the right to withhold, restrict or cancel this offer from individual account holders at its reasonable discretion and with prior notice. Full information on Sky Bet’s ineligibility policy can be found in the above section, titled Why am I not eligible for Best Odds Guaranteed? If the customer takes a price which is then subject to a Rule 4 deduction then the deduction will be applied unless the horse returns at a bigger starting price. In which case their bet will return at the starting price without a Rule 4 deduction.
The maximum increase per bet or per race as a result of the Our Best Odds Guaranteed offer is capped at £50,000 for horse racing. For example, if the horse racing bet (multiple bet or single) at original odds returned £60,000, but with Our Best Odds Guaranteed applied, the bet returned, £127,000, the uplift (in this case £67,000) would be capped to £50,000 meaning the bet would return £110,000.
In the event that there are repeat bets involving the same selections in the same races, the maximum uplift for any individual customer will not exceed £25,000 per race. Customers previously excluded from Sky Betting & Gaming offers will not be able to claim this offer. All other Sky Betting and Gaming general terms and conditions apply.
