To participate in this offer, user must place combo bets with 5 or more selections (minimum odds per option 1.35, minimum bet 5 €). In case of identical bets placement, only the first bet will be considered as eligible for this offer and for which the bet will be refunded. If the bet slip includes a 0% margin market, handicap market, including a draw-no-bet, the bet slip will not be eligible for this offer.
To refund the bet amount (as a free bet) the user must contact customer service at support@winmasters.com, using “Second Chance” as subject and include the number of bets or bet slips in the email. The email must be sent within 48 hours of the time the bet slip is settled. The free bet will be credited to the user’s account within 24 hours of receiving the email with the specific request.
Each user can receive up to 3 free bets per day. Canceled bets, cahsed out bets do not apply to this offer. Any conflicting bets or bonus violations will cancel the bonus and all related winnings. Users may be required to provide the required documents (KYC) to verify their identity. Failure to submit documents if requested may result in deduction of bonus and all related winnings.

Free Bet Terms and conditions: The maximum free bet value for bet slip valid for this offer is 20 €. The free bet must be placed on combo bet before the start of games with 5 or more selections (minimum odds per option 1.35). The free bet must be placed within 5 days from the day of the credit. If the free bet wins, the player will receive the net winnings (total winnings-Betting) as real money in his account.
If the player places a bet of lesser value than the total free bet the remaining amount of the free bet will be deducted and winnings will only be given on the amount placed on the bet. The maximum amount that can be won from this free bet is 5 times its value. For example, the maximum profit in a free bet of 5 € is 25 €. Maximum winning amount from the freebet is set to 100 €.
