Arsenal are decent, but they've experienced a decline again. The Gunners, on the one hand, confirmed the level they reached last season. However, after that, there were two good matches. They scored a couple of unanswered goals against Wolverhampton, and they thrashed Chelsea 5-0.
The Spurs won only 1 derby out of the last 6 with 4 losses. But if last season they lost both times, this time, with Postecoglou in charge, they managed to secure a draw away. The Gunners are considered favorites, but they will play against a strong and motivated (both in terms of the tournament and personally) opponent.
