Their latest performances have looked far sharper, suggesting they may be hitting their strongest form at exactly the right time. After that, there were no more slip-ups, only victories. And this Saturday at Wembley, they beat Chelsea in the FA Cup final, with the only goal scored by Semenyo, who had joined in winter from Bournemouth.
In head-to-head meetings, the Sky Blues had won every single match against Bournemouth since 2017. The only exception came the year before last, when they slipped to a 1-2 away defeat. The visitors simply have to win — and they will do exactly that.
