Recent matches suggest their confidence has taken a hit, especially in games where they fail to control the tempo. Defensive instability has become more visible, making it harder for Bologna to convert good starts into positive results.

Milan once again set ambitious goals, but do not achieve everything. Milan won the Super Cup a year ago.
