Sparta (Prague) finally reclaimed the championship title. The Reds refreshed their own national record for the number of gold medals in the national championship. By the way, in 3 years they will celebrate the centennial anniversary of their first such trophy, and in the spring, they secured it for the 34th time. Interestingly, the previous 1st place was back in 2014! Partly thanks to this success, under the guidance of Brian Priske (by the way, a Dane), the team entered the qualification for the main European club competitions. Although, when they went to Copenhagen, their pragmatic goal was to defend and secure a clean sheet, and they managed to achieve that.
