The Slovenian national team lacked five points to reach the final part of Euro 2020, but its results cannot be called failure. In other words, the physical condition of the Slovenes should not raise questions. However, the local Slovenian championship is not on a break. Moreover, the leading teams of the league have been preparing for the European Cups for a long time, so they are in excellent game shape.

The Greek national team also has legionaries in its ranks, but there are noticeably fewer of them (12). They play in England, Germany, Denmark and the Netherlands, that is, in championships that have not started yet. The Greek championship ended as much as a month and a half ago, so the coaching staff of the national team can hardly hope for the optimal physical condition of local football players. The Greeks will simply get tired quickly if the Slovenes insist on intense power football and struggle in the center of the field.
