Schalke has a huge number of problems: Wagner cannot motivate his players, the infirmary is full, Bozdogan is disqualified, and the mood after the last defeat to Wolfsburg is simply terrible. It seems to me that the Miners will again have some difficulties since Wolfsburg is incredibly motivated, and the Wolves act just fine even away from home.

Wolfsburg is holding a quite good season - currently, the team is in 6th position in the Bundesliga standings. There is no longer a chance to rise above, but the Wolves can still leave the top six. I cannot but note that they show perfect away results throughout the championship – the team managed to win six out of 16 away matches. To some extent, Wolfsburg was lucky with the calendar: in the penultimate round, the Wolves will play against unmotivated Schalke, which is in terrible shape, and they will end the championship with a home match with Bayern, which celebrates the 8th consecutive champion’s title in a row. Everything depends on Wolfsburg, as Freiburg and Hoffenheim will probably try to take the maximum in their meetings. The task for the visitors is simple - they must win.
It seems to me that it is worth betting on the visitors. Wolfsburg works great on the road, so there should be no problems with the half-dead Schalke. The Miners are not motivated at all, and the shape of Wagner’s team raises enormous questions - I’m waiting for the visitors’ victory.
