Getting into the 1/4 of the national cup is the best achievement of the hosts this season. Compared to the past, when they managed to close the top 6, it looks more like a failure. They can drop down another couple of positions, I'm not sure if this is of great importance, but Karlsruhe either does not try, or simply cannot win at least a couple of rounds in a row. The most peaceful team of the Second Bundesliga collects draw results with any rivals, although they regularly score in almost every round. They are also good at own field, losing only one match at home since November.

As expected, Dresden could not rise above the 16th line with that many draws, but thanks to Aue's mistakes, they still retained the 15th, which gives the right to play transitional matches. How it will turn out is not yet entirely clear, the Capreti team may be able to cause trouble for the top 10, but, alas, no to win against them. Dynamo has accumulated only two wins in away matches for the entire season, the last one dates back to December last year. Of the relative advantages before the playoffs, where they will most likely have to face Kaiserslautern, the Dresdeners have not such a bad defense by the standards of outsiders.
It is difficult to predict the matches of opponents who are deprived of special motivation at the end of the season. But Karlsruher and higher in the table and scores much more. Plus they play in own field. Dynamo now has its own local tasks in preparation for survival matches. I don’t think that if I didn’t manage to fight for survival initially, it would be possible to win the away match against such an opponent at the finish line. I assume that the hosts at least do not lose.
