And then Iceland managed to hammer Liechtenstein in Vaduz (1-4). Let’s note that the coaching staff won’t be able to count on Gylfi Sigurdsson, Finnbogason, and Magnusson. But Andri Gudjohnsen, the son of Eidur and the grandson of Arnor, can make his debut. But his brother, Svein Arnor from Spezia, is not on the list this time.

Romania runs the risk of not qualifying for the World Cup again. The Tricolors played there for the last time in 1998. And in general, only four people from the current roster have played more than twelve matches for their national team.
Until last autumn, the teams played only once in the qualification for the 1998 World Cup. Then the Romanians were clearly stronger and won both games with a 4-0 score.
