HIFK celebrates not the most pleasant anniversary: just 60 years ago, the club managed to gain the last (and 7th in total) champion’s title. In the current championship, the Reds earned 15 points in eight matches, and half of the participants have already played nine or ten rounds. However, having started the summer with two victories over KTP and Honka, last Wednesday HIFK limited itself only to a draw against Lahti. But the Star Chested didn’t concede a single goal in the third game in a row.

HJK won gold medals in 2017 and 2018. And after pausing for a year, they regained the title in the previous season. And they are clearly not going to let anyone come close to the 1st place.
