Beyond that, it achieved a good result in European Cups, taking 3rd place in the Champions League group, where such strong rivals as Lazio, Borussia Dortmund, and Zenit played. For two years in a row, Brugge has successfully managed to score against this opponent at least two times, and nothing should prevent it from doing so in the upcoming match. Given the disgusting state of Cercle Brugge and the frequent mistakes of its defenders, I expect Brugge to take advantage of the gaps in the hosts’ defense and hit their net at least twice.
