Mainz started the season just awfully. First, the 05ers lost 0–2 to the Kaiserslautern, the club of the 3rd Bundesliga, in the Cup. And then defeats 0-3 to Freiburg and 1-3 to Gladbach Borussia followed. It seems to me that the visitors have absolutely no chance against Bayern because Mainz looks too bad at the start of the current championship, and the recent visits to Munich ended for Mainz with something incredibly scary - 0-10 in two matches. It is completely unclear what the 05ers are going to oppose to their incredibly powerful and reasonably motivated opponent...
It seems to me that the winner of the upcoming match is obvious. Bayern Munich became similar to itself in a duel with Schalke, and Mainz looks just awful at the beginning of the season. I’ll bet on a-2 handicap of the Munich team!
