Furthermore, PSV traditionally scores a lot of goals; they've scored 13 goals in just their last three matches. While most Dutch teams don't compare in strength to Arsenal, PSV have performed exceptionally well in the Champions League qualification, confidently defeating Scottish Rangers with a score of 5-1. So, it's unwise to underestimate PSV, and they are likely to play on equal terms with Arsenal or even outperform them.
There doesn't appear to be a clear favorite in this match. Two strong teams that are playing at a similar level, and if this match ends in a draw, it wouldn't be surprising. However, I would lean towards a handicap bet in favor of PSV. A handicap of (+1.5) for the away team looks like a reasonable choice.
