England U-21 team has also won their qualifying group recording 20 points earned, 20 goals for and three goals against in eight encounters. In 2017 the Brits have conducted three friendly matches resulting in 0:1 loss to the Germans and two victories over Denmark 4:0 and Iceland 3:0. In the starting game Aidy Boothroyd‘s side got 0:0 draw against Sweden U-21 which is quite a good outcome for the team as it hasn’t conceded a penalty kick.
Irrespective of the fact the teams had different start in the tournament, the British side has a much better line-up and it has to show them off in the tournament.
Prediction for the match: England to win.
