Iceland national football A-team takes on the visitors Czech Republic National football team in a friendly match. The game will be played on Wednesday, November 8th.
Iceland has been surprising with its play and results for the last few years. “The Vikings” have become a real sensation in the recent UEFA EURO 2016 which was hosted in France, having unexpectedly reached the quarter-final there. This result was fully deserved by the Icelanders as they had broken all the direct opponents and are waiting now for the final stage of the competition where they are not considered to be the favourites again, however, this status will only help them.
