Serbia U-21 takes on the visitors Russia U-21 at “Stadion Karadgordge” in the next round of the UEFA Under-21 European Championship Qualification. The match will be played in Novi Sad on Tuesday, October 10th.
This summer Serbia’s U-21 team participated in the UEFA Under-21 European Championship final stage, however, without any success, having occupied the third place in the group with one point gained. A renewed U-21 side performs now in the current qualifying cycle but it’s obvious that this squad will also participate in the next final round as it earned a confident 4:0 victory over Gibraltar and 2:0 triumph over Macedonia.
