Rostov football club take on Czech team Slavia Prague in sparring match on Tuesday, June 28th.
Slavia showed outstanding results in the end of the last season and that allowed the team to finish on the fifth place in the league, qualifying for the Europa League in upcoming season. The team has already played five sparring matches this summer. Two wins over Benesov, 1-4, Slovan Bratislava, 4-0, and draw against Ruzomberok, 1-1, were followed by two defeats to Salzburg and Ludogorets, both 1-2.

Rostov are getting ready for their first ever Champions League start after they finished second in domestic league which was their best achievement in the history. The team has gained 63 points in 30 matches with 41-20 goal difference. Berdyev’s men have already played one friendly match, drawing it 2-2 against Hungarian side Ujpest.
